Ricardo Silvestre, one of the partners, has been working in the tourism industry for over 20 years and is now the Relais & Châteaux Palacio de Luces Hotel Director, in Asturias. Thanks to his experience, SilverSan SolutionS has been able to detect, design and develop some of its star products which, in the near future, will be available for its clients.

Installation and spares

Installation is simple. We just replace an existing outlet for the RC.
—The maintenance staff of each hotel will be able to quickly carry out the installation without much effort.
—In case of breakage or renewal, it will not be necessary to change the whole system. We will just need to replace the connector.
SilverSan SolutionS offers the possibility to carry out the installation in case the customer deems it appropriate.

Personalization and distribution

It will be possible to incorporate the logo of the establishment in each of the devices.
SilverSan SolutionS will ship the devices at addresses that the client considers appropriate, being it possible to make simultaneous deliveries in different parts of the Spanish territory and respecting global agreements made. For deliveries abroad, the mechanism will be pending negotiation deemed timely.
